Section 152.054 - Supervision By Board of Directors of River Authority(a) The budget of a corporation created under Section 152.051 must be approved by the board of directors of the river authority.(b) The activities of the corporation are subject to the continuing review and supervision of the river authority's board of directors.(c) The issuance of bonds or other obligations under this chapter by a corporation created under Section 152.051 must be approved by the board of directors of the river authority.Tex.
