Section 68.312 - Appeal of Resolution(a) A facility against which an assessment is made by board resolution may appeal the assessment to a district court in the county in the manner provided for the appeal of contested cases under Chapter 2001, Government Code.(b) Review by the district court is by trial de novo.Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 913, Sec. 1, eff. 6/15/2007.
