Section 68.001 - Definitions
In this chapter:
(1) "Board" means a district's board of directors.(2) "District" means a ship channel security district created under this chapter.(3) "Security project" means a project promoting or aiding security in a district.(4) "Security service" means a service promoting or aiding security in a district.
