Section 62.033 - Conduct of Election(a) The commissioners court shall issue an order creating and defining the voting precincts in the proposed district and shall name polling places within the precincts. In designating the polling places, the commissioners court shall take into consideration the convenience of the voters in the proposed district.(b) The commissioners court shall select and appoint the judges and other necessary officers of election.
