Section 60.242 - Resolution(a) The navigation board shall adopt a resolution declaring that in its judgment conversion to a district operating under Article XVI, Section 59, of the Texas Constitution will be in the best interest of the district and will be a benefit to the land and property located in the district.(b) The resolution shall call a hearing and shall be entered in the minutes of the board.
