Section 51.832 - Procedure for Holding Election(a) An election to determine whether or not the district shall be dissolved shall be held in accordance with the provisions of Subchapter E, of this chapter.(b) The ballots for the election shall be printed to provide for voting for or against the proposition: "The dissolution of district."(c) The returns of the election shall be canvassed and the result declared by the board. The board shall enter an order in its minutes declaring the result of the election, which order shall be made and entered in accordance with Section 51.034 of this code. The order shall be filed in the office of the county clerk and recorded in the deed records of the county as provided in Section 51.034 of this code.
