Section 51.423 - Validation Suit(a) A district may file a suit to determine the validity of the creation of the district and the bonds.(b) If requested by the secretary of the interior, the district shall file a suit to validate a contract made with the United States.(c) If a validation suit is filed, the bonds do not have to be approved by the attorney general.
