Section 51.023 - Single-County District: Record on Appeal; Notice of Appeal(a) On completion of an appeal as provided in Section 51.022 of this code, the clerk of the commissioners court shall, within 10 days, prepare a certified transcript of all orders entered by the commissioners court and transmit them with all original documents, processes, and returns on processes to the clerk of the district court to which the appeal is taken.(b) All persons shall be charged with notice of the appeal without notice or service of notice. No person who failed to appear by petition, in person, or by attorney in the commissioners court may be permitted to intervene in the district court trial.
