Section 49.110 - Election Judge(a) The notice requirements for the appointment of a presiding election judge under Section 32.009, Election Code, do not apply to an election held by a district.(b) To serve as an election judge in an election held by a district, a person must be a registered voter of the county in which the district is wholly or partly located.
