Section 26.456 - Underground Storage Tank On-Site Supervisor Licensing(a) A person supervising the installation, repair, or removal of an underground storage tank must hold a license issued by the commission under Chapter 37.(b) An on-site supervisor must be present at the site at all times during the critical junctures of the installation, repair, or removal.Amended by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 880, Sec. 11, eff. 9/1/2001.
