Section 17.882 - Resolutions, Orders, Etc(a) The orders or resolutions of the board that provide for issuing bonds may include other provisions and covenants that the board determines necessary.(b) The board may adopt and have executed any other proceedings, agreements, or trust agreements or instruments necessary and convenient in the issuance of bonds.Added by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 1103, Sec. 1, eff. 9/1/1989.
