Section 15.431 - [See Note] Definitions

In this subchapter:

(1) "Advisory committee" means the State Water Implementation Fund for Texas Advisory Committee.

(2) "Fund" means the state water implementation fund for Texas.

(3) "Historically underutilized business" has the meaning assigned by Section 2161.001, Government Code.

(4) "Trust company" means the Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company.

Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg. - Regular Session, ch. 207,Sec. 2.02, eff. on the date on which the constitutional amendment proposed by the 83rd Legislature, Regular Session, 2013, adding Sections 49-d-12 and 49-d-13, Article III, Texas Constitution, creating the state water implementation fund for Texas and the state water implementation revenue fund for Texas takes effect.
