Section 15.109 - Delivery of Loans of Financial Assistance(a) As money becomes available in the loan fund, the board shall deliver the funds under the approved applications.(b) The board shall deliver money in the fund that is provided by legislative appropriation in the manner provided by and subject to the restrictions of the legislative appropriation.Added by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 133, Sec. 2.04.
