Section 5.803 - Application; Fee(a) To be accredited under the accreditation program adopted under this subchapter, an environmental testing laboratory must submit an application to the commission on a form prescribed by the commission, accompanied by the accreditation fee. The application must contain the information that the commission requires.(b) The commission by rule shall establish a schedule of reasonable accreditation fees designed to recover the costs of the accreditation program, including the costs associated with:(2) initial, routine, and follow-up inspections by the commission; and(3) preparation of reports.Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 447, Sec. 1, eff. 6/18/1999.
