Section 5.224 - Information Request to Board(a) With regard to any matter pending before the commission, the executive director may obtain from the board information relating to that matter.(b) On receiving a request from the executive director, the board should make the requested information available within 30 days after the information is requested and shall make the requested information available not later than 90 days after the information is requested.Amended by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 795, Sec. 1.001, eff. 9/1/1985.
