Section 253.0201 - Contracts for Pole Attachments(a) An electric cooperative that owns a pole may require a broadband provider that attaches a pole attachment to the pole under this chapter to enter into a contract for access to the pole.(b) The terms and conditions of a contract under Subsection (a) must be consistent with this chapter.Tex.
