Section 184.031 - Definitions
In this subchapter:
(1) "Recreational vehicle" has the meaning assigned by Section 522.004(b), Transportation Code.(2) "Supplying utility" means the electric utility from which a recreational vehicle park owner purchases electricity consumed at the recreational vehicle park.
