Tex. Util. Code § 183.006

Section 183.006 - Criminal Penalty
(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates this chapter.
(b) An offense under this section is punishable by:
(1) a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $200;
(2) confinement in jail for not less than six months and not more than one year; or
(3) both the fine and confinement.
