Section 162.152 - Presentation and Approval of Proposed Amendment(a) A proposed amendment to the articles of incorporation must be presented to a meeting of the members. The notice of the meeting must state the proposed amendment or must have the proposed amendment attached to it.(b) A proposed amendment, with any changes, may be approved only on the affirmative vote of at least two-thirds of the members voting on the question at the meeting.Tex.
