Section 60.124 - Interoperable Networks Required(a) The commission shall require each telecommunications provider to maintain interoperable networks.(b) The commission may:(1) adopt rules, including generic rules that are responsive to changes in federal law or a development in the local exchange market; and(2) set policies governing interconnection arrangements.
