Section 60.121 - Definition

In this subchapter, "interconnection" means, for calls that originate and terminate in this state, the termination of local intraexchange traffic of another local exchange company or holder of a service provider certificate of operating authority within the local calling area of the terminating local exchange company or certificate holder.
