Section 60.006 - Bulletin Board Systems Unaffected This subtitle does not:
(1) require the commission to change the rate treatment established by the commission in Docket No. 8387 for a bulletin board system in a residence;(2) regulate or tax a bulletin board system or Internet service provider that provides only enhanced or information services and that does not provide a telecommunications service; or(3) require a change in a rate charged to an entity described by Subdivision (2) under a tariff in effect on September 1, 1995.
