Section 59.054 - Progress Report(a) On each anniversary of the company's election date, an electing company shall file with the commission a report on the company's progress on its infrastructure commitment.(b) The report must include a statement of:(1) the institutions requesting service under Subchapter D;(2) the institutions served under Subchapter D;(3) the investments and expenses for the previous period and the total investments and expenses for all periods; and(4) other information the commission considers necessary.
