Section 623.197 - Deposit of Fee in State Highway Fund and in Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Fund

A fee collected under this subchapter shall be deposited as follows:

(1) 90 percent to the credit of the state highway fund; and

(2) 10 percent to the credit of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles fund.
