Tex. Transp. Code § 623.101

Section 623.101 - Speed Limit

(a) A manufactured house or house trailer may not be towed in excess of the posted speed limit or 55 miles per hour, whichever is less.

(b) In this section, "house trailer" has the meaning assigned by Section 541.201.
