Section 601.342 - Evidence of Financial Responsibility Following Suspension or Revocation of Nonresident's Operating Privilege

The department may not terminate the suspension or revocation of a nonresident's operating privilege suspended or revoked under this subchapter because of a conviction, forfeiture of bail, or guilty plea unless the person files and maintains evidence of financial responsibility with the department.
