Section 601.292 - Duty To Provide Evidence Of Financial Responsibility To Investigating Officer

A person to whom this subchapter applies shall provide evidence of financial responsibility to a law enforcement officer of this state or a political subdivision of this state who is conducting an investigation of the collision .
