Section 503.070 - Removal of Out-Of-State License Plates(a) A dealer who purchases a vehicle that displays an out-of-state license plate must remove the plate within a reasonable time.(b) A dealer who purchases a vehicle for resale may not operate the vehicle on a public street or highway in this state while the vehicle displays an out-of-state license plate.Tex.
