Section 453.106 - Contracts; Acquisition of Property By Agreement(a) A transit department may contract with any person and may accept a grant or loan from any person.(b) A transit department may acquire rolling stock or other property under a contract or trust agreement, including a conditional sales contract, lease, and equipment trust certificate.Tex.
