Section 254.001 - Definitions
In this chapter:
(1) "Ditch" includes a drain or other watercourse.(2) "Public road" means a road or highway that has not been discontinued and that has been established according to law, and includes each road or highway opened to and used by the public for at least 10 years before March 25, 1897.
