Section 171.361 - Penalty for Disclosure of Information on Report(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 171.208 of this code prohibiting the disclosure of information on a report filed under this chapter.(b) An offense under this section is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000, confinement in jail for not more than one year, or both.
