Section 162.225 - Information Required on Interstate Trucker's Return The quarterly return and supplements of each interstate trucker shall contain for the period covered by the return:
(1) the total miles traveled in all states by all vehicles traveling into or from this state and the total quantity of diesel fuel consumed in those vehicles;(2) the total miles traveled in this state and the total quantity of diesel fuel purchased and delivered into the fuel supply tanks of motor vehicles in this state; and(3) any other information required by the comptroller.Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 199, Sec. 1, eff.
