Section 11007.051 - Composition of Board; Terms(a) The district is governed by a board of seven elected directors, each of whom occupies a numbered place on the board.(b) Directors serve staggered terms.(c) Director elections must be held in the manner provided in the Water Code for municipal utility districts.
