Section 9601.213 - Refunding Bonds(a) The district may issue refunding bonds to refund all or part of its outstanding bonds issued under this chapter, including matured but unpaid interest and obligations incurred under a credit agreement.(b) Refunding bonds may be issued in the manner provided by Chapter 1207, Government Code.
