Section 9056.052 - Qualifications for Office(a) Each director of the district must:(1) be a landowner within the district; and(2) reside in Runnels or Tom Green County.(b) A director must maintain compliance with the requirements of Subsection (a) during the director's tenure in office or vacate that office.
