Section 8859.051 - Governing Body; Terms(a) The district is governed by a board of seven directors appointed as provided by this section.(b) Directors serve staggered four-year terms, with the terms of three or four directors from each appointing county expiring on August 31 of each odd-numbered year.(c) A director serves until the director's successor has qualified to serve.Tex.
