Section 8801.110 - Notice of Hearings(a) Except as provided by this section, notice of hearings shall be provided according to Chapter 551, Government Code.(b) At a meeting at which the board sets a hearing, the board shall direct the general manager of the district to give notice of the hearing.(c) Written notice of a hearing other than a hearing on a permit application must be given to: (1) each county, regional water supplier, and municipal government in the district; and(2) each person that the board believes has an interest in the subject matter of the hearing.(d) Notice of a hearing must be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in each county in the district.(e) A copy of the notice must be provided to each county clerk to be posted in the place where notices are usually posted at the county courthouse of each county in the district.Tex.
