Section 8511.0316 - Acquisition, Construction, Maintenance, and Operation of Facilities

The authority may acquire in any manner, construct, extend, improve, maintain, reconstruct, use, and operate facilities inside or outside the authority that are necessary or convenient for the exercise of its powers, rights, duties, and functions.
