Section 8246.053 - Official Actions; Quorum(a) The board shall perform official actions by resolution.(b) Two-thirds of the board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of any business of the district.(c) A majority vote of those present is sufficient in any official action, including final passage and enactment of a resolution.
