Section 8142.001 - Definitions

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.

(2) "City" means the City of Rosenberg, Texas.

(3) "County" means Fort Bend County.

(4) "Director" means a member of the board.

(5) "District" means the Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 167.
