Section 7958.0701 - General Annexation Provisions(a) Except as provided by this section, Subchapter J, Chapter 49, Water Code, applies to the district.(b) In addition to the requirements of Section 49.302(b), Water Code, the petition must also be signed by a majority of registered voters in the defined area to be annexed.Tex.
