Section 7807.053 - Director's Bond

(a) Each director shall qualify by giving bond in the amount of $5,000 for the faithful performance of the director's duties.

(b) The bond must be:

(1) approved by the board; and

(2) recorded in the official bond records of the county clerk of Dallas County.

(c) Each director shall file the bond as soon as practicable after the director's appointment.
