Section 6913.255 - Bonds Payable From Ad Valorem Taxes

The district may issue bonds:

(1) payable from ad valorem taxes imposed on taxable property in the district; or

(2) secured by and payable from:

(A) taxes described by Subdivision (1); and

(B) revenue of the district.
