Section 6903.301 - Authority to Issue Bonds(a) The district may issue bonds to:(1) provide a source of water supply for municipalities and other users for municipal, domestic, and industrial purposes; or(2) carry out any other power conferred by this chapter.(b) The bonds must be authorized by a board resolution.
