Section 6902.058 - Board Resolutions; Voting Requirements(a) The district shall act through resolutions adopted by the board.(b) All regular directors are entitled to vote on matters before the board.(c) The affirmative vote of at least three of the regular directors is necessary to adopt a resolution.
