Section 5004.051 - Composition of Board; Terms(a) All powers of the district shall be exercised by a board consisting of 10 directors.(b) Directors serve staggered terms of two years, with the terms of: (1) four directors expiring January 1 of even-numbered years; and(2) six directors expiring January 1 of odd-numbered years.
