Section 3985.0201 - Governing Body; Terms(a) The district is governed by a board of five directors who serve staggered four-year terms.(b) Three directors must be elected in the manner provided by Subchapter D, Chapter 49, Water Code.(c) Two directors must be appointed by the governing body of the city.
