Section 3975.0201 - Governing Body; Terms(a) The district is governed by a board of five directors elected or appointed as provided by this chapter and Subchapter D, Chapter 49, Water Code.(b) Except as provided by Section 3975.0203, directors serve staggered four-year terms.
