Section 3952.104 - Rules; Enforcement(a) The district may adopt rules:(1) to administer or operate the district; or(2) for the use, enjoyment, availability, protection, security, and maintenance of the district's property and facilities.(b) The district may enforce its rules by injunctive relief.
