Section 3921.052 - Appointment of Voting Directors(a) The governing body of Fort Bend County shall appoint voting directors from persons nominated by the board.(b) The governing body of Fort Bend County may reject the nomination of a person by the board for a position as a voting director. If the governing body rejects a nomination, the board shall submit a new nominee for that position until the governing body appoints a director to each position on the board.Tex. Spec. Dist. Loc.
